Well, the floors are installed.
It was so nice to come home from vacation to new floors. It added some anticipation to the long ride home! Too bad that we can’t set something like that up for the end of every vacation, right? 😉
We completed the entire upstairs, which includes the kids’ shared bedroom.
We chose this slightly gray-toned laminate to coordinate with our bathroom tile. It is called Driftwood Estate Oak from Lowes.
Just some phone and Instagram pics for today, we’ve got an entire upstairs to put back together {including things like touching up the paint trim and building wardrobes, so I’ll get to camera photos later}.

Any chance you have 3 boxes of the Style Selections Driftwood Estate Oak planks? We had water intrusion from hurricane Ian and need to replace the entrance by our front door. We only have 2 boxes.

We do! I don't see people spelling Lora that way very often :) It's always fun to meet someone who does! I am so sorry to hear about the damage from hurricane Ian and wish I could help. Unfortunately, we don't live in that home any more and therefore, don't have any extra planks.

This is the floor that I would love. I keep telling my husband that I would really like some darker floors, I'll show him this. We had a look at some of those more pine color but wouldn't work with our furniture. Very pretty

Thanks, Alina!! :) We are so pleased with these! You can get them at Lowes and they are very affordable. I think it is a very versatile color -- not too dark but not too light.
