In this post: A Country Living Fair Review, sharing some of the best booths and activities from the Country Living Fair in Nashville, TN.
If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen some photos from the 2017 Country Living Fair in Nashville, TN. In last week’s ORC Post, I promised that I’d be back to share more about our girl’s weekend. If you’ve ever considered going — or just love to thrift — then make sure to read through this photo-filled Country Living Fair Review.
It was a rainy weekend in Nashville… all.three.days. Still, even outfitted in rain jackets, rain boots, and umbrellas — we had a great time. Much of the fair is covered, so we could duck in and out of the various pavilions, avoiding most of the rain. We’ve been to the Country Living Fair three years in a row, and this was the first year we didn’t have great weather.
There are tons of tempting products to buy and the vendors are top-notch. However, even if you don’t want to spend money, you can still find plenty of ideas and inspiration from the beautifully displayed booths.
I’ve pointed out some of my favorite ideas below the images and mentioned the name of the vendor {if known}. I couldn’t find the name of every shop — so if you know a vendor, please comment. I’d love to link to their shop!

In addition to shopping, the Country Living Fair has:
- incredible food from local businesses
- presentations from Artists, Bloggers, and Writers {the 2017 lineup included The Handmade Home, The Painted Home, and Kennedy Occasions, to name a few}
- and classes sponsored by Joann’s Fabric.
We took a painting class, taught by Mary Gregory Studio. I was so excited to see my little barn come to life {and you can see it come to life below!}.
So, what did I purchase? Well, I’m on a tight budget right now, so not much. However, I did grab a few small items…
Live Succulent: $6
Lavender Plant: $7
Baby Tears Plant: $4
Wood Stamp: $6
Architectural Piece: $4
Felt Doll with Outfit: $10
Flower Frog: $8
Nashville isn’t the only location for the Country Living Fair. There are four fairs total, two in the spring {Nashville, TN and Atlanta, GA} and two in the fall {Colombus, OH and Rhineback, NY}
