Modern-Boho Nursery Updates | ORC WK 4

In this Post: Progress updates on a Modern-Boho Nursery and Toddler Room for a Baby Girl, including dresser knobs, curtains, and decor accessories.

Well, guys, it’s Week 4 of the One Room Challenge {ORC} — which means we are closing in on the final few weeks. The room is really coming together, and I just have a few more DIY/craft projects on my list. So, I’m going to share a few quick updates — and spend more time working rather than writing this week!

If you’re new here, check out the design plan, sources, and monogram art, to catch up.

You might notice the toddler bed, instead of a crib. During the ORC, our baby girl has learned how to climb out of her crib. We knew that wasn’t too far off, and toddlers don’t care too much about whether I started this challenge with the title “Nursery” on my mood board {can you believe that? the nerve! *wink*}.

 Update #1 : Modern-Boho Nursery

So many thanks for your suggestions in this post. I found pink glass knobs at Hobby Lobby for $2.50 each {regular $5 and 50% off}! Unfortunately, they only had 7 knobs, but I need 12… boo. I don’t live near a Hobby Lobby, so my mom is going to get 5 more knobs where she lives.

Update #2 : Modern-Boho Nursery

Big thanks to my mom for adding pom-pom trim to these white curtains from IKEA. As always, simple white curtains make me happy. It’s spring, the windows are open, and white curtains are softly blowing in the breeze. What could be better?

 Update #3 : Modern-Boho Nursery

A weekend trip to the Country Living Fair in Nashville resulted in a few special buys for her bedroom. Side note: I looovvveee the Country Living Fair and will share a post about the trip next week!

No changes to the mood board this week! Actually, everything shown on the mood board is in place in the room already {woohoo!}. Time to knock out the finishing touches…
